Ontario provincial highway 10 is an Ontario provincial highway in Ontario, Canada. This highway joins Brampton to Owen Sound. Prior to the 1998 downloadings, Highway 10's southern terminus was at Highway 2 at Port Credit.

Administration of portions of Highway 10 were downloaded to the City of Brampton in 1998 to facilitate the extension of Highway 410. As of 2005, planning is in place to eventually convert Highway 10 to Owen Sound to a full 400-Series Highway. The first phase of this project, currently underway, is to link Highway 410 north of Brampton to Highway 10 in Caledon.
