Yorkis Miguel Vargas Pérez (born September 30, 1967 in Bajos De Haina, Dominican Republic), was a left-handed relief pitcher for the Chicago Cubs, Florida Marlins, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros and Baltimore Orioles.
