State Property is a crime film released in 2002 (see 2002 in film). It stars Beanie Sigel, Memphis Bleek and Damon Dash, and rapper Jay-Z appears in a cameo role. It was produced by Roc-A-Fella Films and distributed by Lions Gate Entertainment. Abdul Malik Abbott directed the film and co-wrote its screenplay with Ernest "Tron" Anderson.
A sequel, State Property 2, was released in 2005.
