Kowloon Southern Link is a project to link the KCR West Rail's Nam Cheong Station to KCR East Rail's East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Upon its completion West Rail trains will terminate at the Hung Hom Station.

Kowloon Southern Link has one intermediate station called West Kowloon at the existing site of Canton Road Government Offices. This will be an interchange station with MTR Tung Chung Line and Airport Express at Kowloon Station.

Another proposed station, the Canton Road Station will not be built, due to high construction cost and its proximity to MTR's Tsim Sha Tsui and East Rail's East Tsim Sha Tsui stations. (ETWB, 2005)
