Phillipsburg High School is a comprehensive, four-year public high school located in Phillipsburg, in Warren County, New Jersey, United States.

The school is part of the Phillipsburg School District and serves students from the town of Phillipsburg and from five sending communities at the secondary level: Alpha, Bloomsbury (in Hunterdon County), Greenwich Township, Lopatcong Township and Pohatcong Township, as part of a sending/receiving relationship.

Rivalry with Easton

Phillipsburg High School has an athletic rivalry with neighboring Easton, Pennsylvania's Easton High School. The two teams play an annual football game on Thanksgiving that is considered one of the greatest rivalries in American high school football. The game, which typically draws some 20,000 fans, was broadcast nationally on ESPN in 1988 and will again be broadcast on ESPN on Thanksgiving Day 2006.
