Tomáš Poláček

Tomáš Poláček (born August 29 1980, Prague) is a Czech professional footballer, midfielder, who currently plays for FK Mladá Boleslav. He started to play for SK Slavia Praha at the age of 14 but it was not very good appearance. In 2000 FK Siad Most bought him from Slavia's reserve squad. He was one of the best in here and in fall 2005 they moved on to the Czech national first league with Most. On August 1 2005 after the 4th round surprisingly Sparta Prague bought him. In July 2006 he joined FK Mladá Boleslav.
