Tong Jian (Chinese: 佟健; pinyin: Tóng Jiàn; born August 15, 1979 in Harbin, China) is a Chinese figure skater. Tong is his family name, Jian his given name. In 2004, he won the gold medal in pairs at the Four Continents Championships and the bronze medal at the World Figure Skating Championships with partner Pang Qing. Pang and Tong placed 4th at the 2006 Winter Olympics.

The pair is coached by Yao Bin, and trains in Harbin.
