Grace Thaxton (June 18, 1891 - July 6, 2005) was a supercentenarian, the oldest person in Kentucky, the 4th-oldest person in America, and the 6th-oldest documented person in the world at her death. She was the oldest documented person ever born in the state of New York, and narrowly missed the all-time age record for a resident of Kentucky of 114 years 92 days, set by Mary Anna Boone in 2001 when she died from a bout of pneumonia.

Thaxton's mother died at 109, nearly a supercentenarian herself, and Thaxton almost lived to see her son Robert turn 90 on July 12, 2005.
