John McCormick is Professor of Political Science at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. He is author of The European Superpower (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006), Comparative Politics in Transition (Wadsworth, 5th edition, 2006), Understanding the European Union (Palgrave Macmillan, 3rd edition, 2005), The European Union: Politics and Policies (Westview Press, 3rd edition, 2004), and Environmental Policy in the European Union (Palgrave Macmillan, 2001).
