User:RiseRover/Articles I started

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by RiseRover (talk | contribs) at 11:21, 5 September 2006 (Places/Institutions: CTBA, repsol tower). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

For now I'm much more of a "taker" than a "giver" to Wikipedia. That being said, I've created some articles or stubs mainly about things from my surroundings, or things that called my attention at a given time. Nothing too ambitious in any case, just to get started. Please feel free to add and improve them.

I've also uploaded some pictures taken by me that aren't very artistic but I hope illustrate the articles where I put them. At least they don't belong to anyone else, so you can take them, use them or ask for higher resolution versions.

Finally, I try and fix the mistakes I notice here and there in the pages I visit, when I have the time, or answer questions, or ask them, or just wonder (most of the time). I'm also active in the Spanish Wikipedia and Wiktionary.

The legend

I stole something which I thought I had a right to possess, because there's nothing I want more in this world. But as soon as I saw it I understood my arrogance must have tricked me, for the thing I most wanted would never belong to me. So I tied my hands not to ever touch it, and I put it back in silence and unnoticed, and full of regret I went back to the dark infinite waters where I dwell. 2006/04/17
