Moving Fullmetal Alchemist to Full Metal Alchemist

Thanks for experimenting with the page Fullmetal Alchemist on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. Microtony 15:32, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

According to Wikipedia:Naming conventions (common names), Fullmetal Alchemist should be kept as Fullmetal is more oftenly used, for example, its official website, Cartoon Network and Animax.

Moving pages

Please do not move pages by just copying and pasting the content - the entire history of edits is lost this way. I have reverted your edits. Please see Help:Moving a page and Wikipedia:Requested moves. Thank you! --Misza13 T C 16:13, 12 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

But I have to, because the article contains loads of articles that need to be started first.

Your recent edit to A Walk to Remember (film) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept our apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as those in The Spirit Room, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thanks for your efforts, and happy editing! Extraordinary Machine 19:59, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As mentioned above, you're not supposed to move pages by cutting and pasting the content into a new title; this is a direct violation of Wikipedia policy. You should only move pages using the "move" function at the top of each page, which is available to logged-in users. Please create an account. Extraordinary Machine 21:46, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As you have been told before you are not suppose to use a "copy and paste" method of moving pages. At this point it will be considered vandalism. Also, "Aftermath Entertainment" is the correct title of Dr. Dre's record label. Check the offical site. [1] Btw, I noticed that you respond to peoples comments on your own talk page. When someone types you a message you're suppose to write a knew one on there talk page to respond (and continue using that section for the topic). That way they get a pop up everytime they have a new message making it easier to communicate. Just though you ought to know. --Ted87 23:07, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Moving pages

Hi! It looks like you're trying to move one or more pages. However, please stop doing that this way - the new name of the page might be good, but Wikipedia has another procedure for moving pages. Look at Help:Renaming (moving) a page: you need to use the move tab, and not cut and paste. Cut and paste moves don't take the edit history with them and thus violate the GDFL copyright terms. Also, in some cases, when the move might be controversial, you might first want to discuss the move on the article's talk page. If a move is not possible because a page with the new name already exists, go to Wikipedia:Requested moves. Thanks! --JoanneB 20:36, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

STOP moving pages manually

Please STOP moving pages manually as you are doing it INCORRECTLY! I will be watching your edits for any manual page moves that you make in the future and revert. 22:24, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

Please do not copy-and-paste move articles, that is copy the contents of the article into another article by a different name and then redirect the previous name to the current. This causes a lot of work for myself and other administrators to have to repair the page histories. In the future when you want to move an article, please ask someone to move the article for you, or consider registering for an account so that you can move pages yourself. Thanks. AmiDaniel (talk) 10:25, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

STOP MOVING PAGES

Do not move any more pages, the name order is correct already. If you do, I will start reporting it as vandalism. --tjstrf 20:02, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. MER-C 09:35, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use cut and paste to move articles like you did from Clerks to Clerks.. If you would like to move an article, use the move function (for registered users only) for non-controversial moves or request a move over at Wikipedia:Requested moves if it doesn't work, may invoke controversy or you're an IP. Cut and paste moves may need admin assistance to sort out and should be avoided. Thanks. MER-C 06:20, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
