Julie Stoffer
Julie Stoffer (born July 11, 1979) was a housemate on the ninth season of the reality television series The Real World. She was born in Provo, Utah, but grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin.
On the series, Stoffer was presented as a naive girl who did not know much about life beyond her Latter-day Saint home life in Wisconsin (she had attended college in Utah for a year prior to the show). Her conflicts with living an adventurous life and adhering to the Mormon religion was the basis of much of the story in the series.
Stoffer was suspended from Brigham Young University in July 2000 for alleged honor code breaches televised on The Real World.
In the aftermath of The Real World, Stoffer periodically tours the United States as a motivational speaker, plays in punk-rock band The Bunkbed Incident, and works as an actress.
About 2003, Stoffer met a doctor, identified only as "Spencer", and they began dating. They are currently engaged and plan to marry in the Salt Lake City Temple. They plan to honeymoon in Italy, where Spencer served his mission (1995-97), where they will visit many of his favorite places.
