Now retired, my career spanned forty years with JP Morgan, DTCC and Bloomberg, focused on implementing new transaction processing systems. I was also involved in market structure issues ranging from new SWIFT messages to comment letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission on some of their proposed rule changes.
