I run McFly (website). No one, including the Wikimedia Foundation, has been given permission to relicense my contributions. /QingPL was an old license of mine, however I am now convinced that its copyleft is too strong to be useful for small works. 2.0 is in the works, as is an image specific version. These versions will allow limited aggregation with non-QingPLed works.
