Please read Wikipedia:Cleanup process for instructions on maintaining this page. There may be more suitable pages for requests, see the resources for collaboration box on the right.

For articles that just need wikification, you should use the wikify template. See Category:Articles that need to be wikified for articles that need wikifying.

If an article needs further cleaning up, add cleanup to the top of the article. To see articles with this tag added, see Category:Cleanup. For cleanup processes on several related articles, please head over to Wikipedia:Help wanted.

Some editors prefer that helpers work on leftovers and older articles, just to deal with them and get them out of the way. See the cleanup calendar for requests from previous months. But either preference, new or old; all help is appreciated. If you have a cleanup routine, add your name and your routine preferences (how often, old/new articles, what subjects, etc ) to the cleanup routine list.

• Offensive marketing warfare strategies, Defensive marketing warfare strategies, Flanking marketing warfare strategies, and Guerrilla marketing warfare strategies all get bogged down in military metaphor. • Felicia - unwikified text dump. Notable? Copyvio? RickK 00:57, Nov 21, 2004 (UTC)
• Not encyclopedic at all. "Felicia" was just an Internet pseudonym of an unidentified anonymous person, posting in a few comic book message boards, and raising up a stink for a couple of weeks. Her effects at Marvel were pretty much negligible. The story was cute at the time, but in a couple of years nobody will remember "Felicia". In order to understand this, you'd have to know that at the time Bill Jemas was Marvel's president, Joe Quesada the EiC, Mark Waid the FF writer, and Rich Johnston a rumor monger. I'd VfD it. --Pc13 14:26, 22 Nov 2004 (UTC)
• Sultana (steamboat) - much of it unwikified and in non-encyclopedic style (from a 1925 newspaper article, as far as I can see) - Marcika 18:29, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)

• Retinoic acid - unwikified text dump. Copyvio? RickK 00:46, Nov 15, 2004 (UTC)
• The beginning seems to be from the American Heritage Dictionary of the American Language. See [5], [6]. The rest seems to be from [7]. I'll list it for speedy deletion. --Falsifian 04:08, 2004 Nov 15 (UTC)

• Reddiar - The English on this needs work. probably heading to vfd if it can't be fixed up. --DMG413 23:20, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
• Chris Barnes - needs a less breezy style and some NPOV; maybe we need a whole new page devoted to cleaning up these fannish music articles --Szyslak
• In fact, I propose that the following words and phrases be banned from Wikipedia for all time: "influential," "famous," "groundbreaking," "pioneer," "innovative," "devoted following," "beloved by fans around the world" --Szyslak

• Nuestra Señora de Monserrate - Spanish/Portugese non-wikified article. Mgm|(talk) 19:43, Nov 14, 2004 (UTC)
• It's in Spanish. I've tried searching for it on the Net, and couldn't find it, but I'm still convinced it's a possible copyvio. From the way it's written, I'd wager it's a press-release or a newsitem copied from a possibly local Christian magazine. --Pc13 18:14, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)

• Arana - something to do with a comic strip character. Deb 11:24, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
• It's about the main star from the restarted Amazing Fantasy comic book, published by Marvel Comics. I'll take a look at it, possibly merge it with the Amazing Fantasy entry. --Pc13 18:16, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
• Ol' Dirty Bastard - full of spacing issues, capitalization issues, and the whole article has a POV-ish feel, mentioning that he was highly influential over and over. CryptoDerk 07:04, Nov 14, 2004 (UTC)

• King Rising Levitation - Is this illusion only performed by this one magician? Is this magician noteworthy enough to have an article about? If the answer to the first question is yes and the second is no, then we need to get rid of it. If the answer to the first is no, then get rid of the Cory King info and write an article about the illusion and how it's performed. If Cory King is a notable magician, we need an article about him. If this trick is only performed by him, redirect to article about him. RickK
Performed by more magicians than just him. I'll have a look at it in light of Wikipedia:WikiProject Magic. However, I think writing how the illusion is performed, would break copyright against the illusion. Mgm|(talk)

• Lisa Cheung - new page, I redirected it from Lisa cheung, but it seems awfully incomplete. Reads like vanity. Does anyone know her? Mgm|(talk) 21:07, Nov 10, 2004 (UTC)

• Paul Harris - unwikified text dump, but probably too rambling to be copyvio. He apparently is a musician of some not (try searching "Paul Harris" magic), but much seems hard to verify, movie claim runs counter to IMDb (diff Paul Harris) Niteowlneils
• I think you meant magician instead of musician. Anyway, I'll give a look and see if there's something salvagable in there. couldn't hurt my WikiProject Magic either :) Mgm|(talk) 09:56, Nov 10, 2004 (UTC)
• D'oh! Yes, I meant magician. Niteowlneils 22:49, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)
I tried to find some information about him that would make him signifcant for an encyclopedia, but failed... He seems to be neither very notable as a composer, nor as a physicist. Delete? Marcika 23:30, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
