Hoverspeed Great Britain was an ocean-going catamaran built in 1990 by Incat, and owned by the UK company Hoverspeed. In 1990, she took the record for the fastest eastbound transatlantic journey held for nearly 40 years by the SS United States (see Blue Riband). The ship has later been renamed Speedrunner 1, and is now a ferry sailing the Mediterranean in the service of Sea Containers Ltd.
