Frisco Independent School District
Appearance
Frisco Independent School District is a public school district based in Frisco, Texas.
In addition to Frisco, the district covers portions of Plano, Little Elm, and McKinney in Denton and Collin counties.
The district is one of the fastest growing in Texas. Prior to 1995, Frisco ISD had four schools. Since 1995, the district has added 22 new schools, opening two-to-six campuses annually.
Schools
Frisco ISD has 4 high schools, 6 middle schools, and 22 elementary schools. All schools are located in Frisco unless otherwise noted.
High Schools (Grades 9-12)
- Frisco High
- Centennial High
- Liberty High - opened in Fall 2006 at the Fowler Middle School location. Will move to permanent location in Fall 2007.
- Wakeland High - opened in Fall 2006, serving grades 9-11. Will serve grades 9-12 beginning in Fall 2007.

- Clark Middle
- Fowler Middle (Plano) - serving as interim Liberty High facility from Fall 2006 to Fall 2007, when it will open as the district's seventh middle school.
