We Are Not Alone is the second studio album released by post-grunge/hard rock quartet Breaking Benjamin. Three singles came from this album, "So Cold," "Sooner Or Later," and the full-band version of "Rain" (as opposed to the original version in which the only instrument used is an acoustic guitar), which came out near the end of June 2005. We Are Not Alone is certified Platinum by the RIAA, and sold 48,000 copies on its first week.

Japanese exclusive track

The track "Ordinary Man" and "Ladybug" are available on the Japanese import of "We Are Not Alone". Although, like many other 'exclusive' or 'hidden' songs, they have been leaked to P2P servers all over the internet.

• The tracks "Firefly" and "Polyamorous" were featured in the soundtrack to the video game, WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW

• The tracks "Firefly" and "Polyamorous" were also featured in the soundtrack to the video game, WWE Day of Reckoning

• The track "So Cold" was very briefly played during the weightlifting segment of the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece.

• The 6th track, "Forget It", was played during the movie American Pie: Band Camp.

• "Forget It" was also featured in the fifth season of the TV show Smallville (TV series) and is featured on the official soundtrack.
