The first citation was supposed to document Kinan's birth date. Removed it because it contained no information about her birth date. Translation Issues
I'm not familiar with Spanish legal terms, but the terms "demandante" and "querellante" both seem to refer to the injured or complaining party in both criminal and civil cases. As near as I can tell, they are also used for the prosecutors and the attorneys for the plaintiff. I've chosen to translate both as "complainant" or "prosecutor" or "lawyer for the complainant", depending on the role of the person described.
