Amr Moussa (Arabic: عمرو موسى, (born 1936) is an Egyptian diplomat and the current Arab League secretary-general, appointed in May 2001.

Previously, he served as Egypt's ambassador to India in 1967, its ambassador to the United Nations in 1990, and as its foreign minister from 1991 to 2001.
