7th Street-Metro Center is a stop on the Red line subway and the terminus of the Blue line in downtown Los Angeles.

The station has two levels; the lower level is an island platform serving the Red Line subway, while the upper level is a side platform, serving the Blue Line light rail. The station is situated on West 7th Street, with entrances on the corners of 7th and Figueroa Street, 7th and Flower Street, and 7th and Hope Street, in the heart of Los Angeles's Financial District. Hence the name, it is also called the "Metro Center" because it is a transfer hub between the Blue and Red Lines, but that name itself isn't anything special because it is one of five stations to have transfers between at least two Metro Rail lines.

Recent proposals for expansion of the rail system would extend the Blue Line through downtown Los Angeles via the Financial District and the Bunker Hill area to Union Station. This station also has a surname of Julian Dixon, in honor of the California congressman who died of a heart attack in 2000.
