Devin Sanchez (born October 4, 2006)[1] is an American football cornerback for the North Shore Mustangs where he is currently committed to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Early life and high school
[edit]Sanchez attended North Shore Senior High School located in Houston, Texas.[2] During Sanchez's junior season, he notched 32 tackles, 11 pass deflections, five interceptions, and one defensive touchdown.[3] For his performance in his junior season, Sanchez was named to the first-team defense on the 2023 MaxPreps High School Football Junior All-America Team.[4] Coming out of high school, Sanchez was rated as a five-star recruit, the second-overall cornerback, and the sixth overall player in the class of 2025.[5] Sanchez also held offers from schools such as Alabama, Texas A&M, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas and USC.[6] Ultimately, Sanchez committed to play college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes.[7][8]
