RTR Sport is a Russian television sports channel operated by VGTRK.

On 30 September 2009 VGTRK director Oleg Dobrodeyev announced plan to replace the channel in favor of conventional programming for "young and active" audience. The new channel on the same frequency is tentatively called "Russia-2".^[1]^[2]
