The 13th Arkansas Infantry (1861–1865) was a Confederate Army infantry regiment during the American Civil War.
Organization
The regiment was first formed in Harrisburg, Arkansas. It was placed under the command of Lieutenant Colonel A.D. Grayson, and assigned to the Confederate Army of the Mississippi. The unit was composed of volunteer companies from the following counties:

Surrender
This regiment surrendered with the Army of Tennessee at Greensboro, North Carolina, April 26, 1865.
