Allen Doone (d 11 May 1948) was an Irish-American tenor and comic who specialised in Irish romantic dramas.
Biography
Doone was born in County Waterford, Ireland. His parents took him to the USA when he was a year old and he became a champion sportsman. From 1909 to 1938 he had his own theatre company in America. He moved back to the USA where he died.[1]
He starred in the feature film The Rebel (1915).[2]
