See Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Reviewers#Guidelines for granting for the granting guidelines. Guidelines include account age at least 90 days old, at least 500 edits to mainspace, demonstrated knowledge of page quality control (usually shown through participation in processes such as WP:AFD, WP:CSD, WP:AFC reviewing, etc.), no blocks or 3RR violations in the past 6 months, and no indications of undisclosed paid editing. Applicants should show some evidence that they generally meet the guidelines, have a demonstrated need for the right, and that they have read and fully understood the tutorial at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Editors may want to consider WP:NPPSCHOOL before applying.

 Not yet. Your previous request is still very recent; that's not a lot of time to gain experience. Your PROD log, for example, shows some insight into notability and deletion policy but I'd like to see more before I grant advanced permissions. Also, it's a minor point but I prefer patrollers to have a blue-linked user page (even if it's just a redirect to their talk page) to make communication easier with new editors.  Not yet. You're right that your contributions to RfD are consistent, but they lack the depth necessary to evaluate your understanding of policies and guidelines (whether redirect-specific or in general). A lot of your comments are cursory (eg "per nom", "it's useless", "implausible", "per above") and come late in the debate, which is fine for crystallising consensus but doesn't tell me much about how you arrived at your conclusions. I was once a reviewer before I had my permissions removed in order to gain more experience in the AfD field. I am fully active on WP:AfC and lately I've been going through (mostly) closed AfD discussions and participated in few to learn more about WP:N and obviously WP:RS, I have created multiple articles since the removal of my perms and I'm happy to say that I had no problems since I'm autoreviewed. I noticed there are thousands of articles awaiting reviewal on WP:NPP and I would like to help in reducing the backlog and making the site a better place.
