Frank Tayali is a Zambian politician.[1][2][3] He is the current Minister of Transport and Logistics of Zambia and a member of parliament for Ndola Central. He is the member of United Party for National Development (UPND). He was born on 13 January 1975 in Zambia. He holds bachelor's in chemical engineering[1] and laws Degree (LLB).[1]
