Love Sitara is an Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Vandana Kataria and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the RSVP Movies banner.The film stars Sobhita Dhulipala as the protagonist, along with Rajeev Siddhartha, Sonali Kulkarni, Sankar Induchoodan and B. Jayashree.[1]
The film is scheduled for a release worldwide on September 27 on ZEE5.[2]
Plot
[edit]The film deals with the complexities of modern relationships, dysfunctional families and what it takes to overcome uncomfortable truths.[3] The story follows Tara, who cancels her wedding, unsure of the institution of marriage and the important of romance in her life.[4]
Production
[edit]Pre-production for Love Sitara began in 2019, when Sobhita Dhulipala was signed as the lead.[5] Filming was initially to started in 2020 but was halted due to COVID-19 lockdown in India. The shoots resumed in November 2020[6][7] and finally completed in December 2020.[8][9]

Release
[edit]The film was always intended to be a digital release.[10] It was later announced that the film will be premiering on ZEE5.[11]
