Please don't add unpleasant comments to the userpages of other users, even indefinitely banned ones. It doesn't help the project, nor does it help resolve disputes in a civil manner. Captainktainer * Talk 03:59, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Zenki

[edit]

I happened to watch Zenki cartoon and found it being so stupid. Zenki and chiaki simply don't have a mind, they have no deep thought and feeling. So, I just left some opinion on the Zenki talk page. Would you think the same? Do you know what japanese readers react about this cartoon/comic?

I don't know, man! RocketMaster 15:07, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Mobbdeep2.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 10:55, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Handsresisthim.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Handsresisthim.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. [Belinrahs | 'sup? | what'd I do?] 02:43, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The next time that you see a page that has been vandalized, revert the page to the unvandalized form, don't nominate the entire page for deletion. The deletion tool has nothing to do with rewrites, either. Those are done with the editing tool, which you have. Uncle G (talk) 09:05, 19 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Listia

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Listia requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Request reason:

I was only joking, okay?

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
  1. understand what you have been blocked for,
  2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
  3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 20:32, 2 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

as above

Accept reason:

RocketMaster, I am not a Wikipedia administrator, but I have briefly looked over your edits and based on the fact you have been here since 2005, and that your edits don't really fit the pattern of known Orange Moody socks, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. A piece of friendly advice: if you add another unblock request, please include a sincere apology. Making edits like this [1] is not going to get any laughs, it just wastes the time of editors who then have to examine all your edits to see whether they should be reverted. You've done some good vandalism reversion over the past eleven years you've been here, so I hope you will be able to continue with that. If you have an questions, you can ping me by adding the text {{reply to|Altamel}} and signing. Altamel (talk) 02:27, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Checkuser note: I am unblocking this account. There is no connection to Orangemoody. It was a pretty bad joke, though, RocketMaster, when the entire project is hypersensitive to the damage caused by the socks related to the Orangemoody accounts. Information icon Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and the articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to User:Orangemoody. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. RMS52 Talk to me 06:21, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
