The Veneția (Romanian pronunciation: [veneˈt͡si.a]) is a left tributary of the river Olt in Romania.[1][2] It flows into the Olt near Veneția de Jos.[3] Its length is 19 km (12 mi) and its basin size is 49 km2 (19 sq mi).[2] The name of the Veneția is spelled like the Romanian exonym for Venice, but they are etymologically unrelated.[citation needed]
