Not here

I agree with you that we all suspect where this is heading, but I always prefer to give ample advice and warning before doing anything drastic. Believe it or not, I was once a very unsavory newbie myself, but a few kind editors got hold of me and straightened me out pretty good. I always try to pay that favor forvard if I can. Oh well, no luck this time. :-/ On to the next! Cheers, w.carter-Talk 09:57, 19 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Chronicles of Eri

I've taken this to WP:NORN. It's a dreadful article. The author of most of it asked at the Teahouse to have the page protected. Dougweller (talk) 15:56, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What failed verification at Chronicles of Eri?

Not sure what you were getting at with [1]. Dougweller (talk) 16:36, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I couldn't see anything in the reference about "an eighteen-inch-long scroll" Theroadislong (talk) 17:21, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I will continue to remove any "maintenance" templates that are incorrect and malicious in nature.

The issues provided on the "maintenance" template are based entirely on false accusations. I believe the person whom this page is about is being singled out because of prejudices against American military veterans. First, there are no paid contributions to this page. We did pay someone to help guide us on the proper formatting of a wiki page based on other pages of similar topics. No edits were made to the text or tone by any paid source. Considering that is what the maintenance tag is meant for, it is completely out of place when being used on the page about my client. Second, there have been no conflicts of interest on this page. I will admit to making grammatical corrections to improve the overall flow of the text and to make sure that the guidelines of Wikipedia for such things are followed. I majored in English and am more than qualified to handle that task. I am also in the process of ensuring that all of the references adhere to wiki guidelines. These are the only edits I am making. No edits to the context of the actual information are being made. I have read every word of the guidelines I am to follow found here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons) and these are the rules I will abide by. I will not allow this page to be subject to any prejudices or harassments. If need be, I will contact the corporate office. I have no issues with helpful edits and constructive advice. However, the two "maintenance" templates are not helpful or constructive but rather they are bold faced lies. I can prove this and will be happy to do so when forced to discuss this with the corporate office. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FavAssistant (talkcontribs) 17:29, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Marcus Clarke reference etc.

Hi theroadislong and thanks. I've uploaded an image and added a reference as you suggest. I hope that's OK and thanks for your help. Marcus clarke — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcus.hup (talkcontribs) 18:00, 1 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
