Carlos (Magic School Bus)

Carlos is a fictional charactor from the Magic School Bus series he is known for telling jokes(though he is, by no stretch of the imagination, the only charactor to tell jokes in the series.) Somehow whenever he tells jokes all his classmates say, "Carlos" in unison.
