Re: Diamondlady AfD

Thank you! I hate it when people who might misunderstand Wikipedia policy take AfD discussions personally, so I try to make sure they know as much as possible about the process and policies so the bases for any decisions are understood. Seems like the best way to keep things civil and on the right track. Thanks for your kind words! -- H·G (words/works) 01:08, 15 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

I award you this barnstar for your vandalism reverts on my user page, removing the profanities 65.11.131.16 left on it. Thanks, and keep up the good work!  Killfest 08:26, 15 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

University of Waterloo Womyn/Women's Centre

Just to note on the recent change and revert on the Womyn's Centre name. The official name currently is the Womyn's Centre. It will not be changed to the Women's Centre until the bylaw change is ratified at the Fall General Meeting of the Corporation. (All bylaw changes must be ratified at a GM). The reason people may believe it is changed is over the recently adopted Service Review Recommendation that was adopted by Student's Council last month. This was a recommendation to bring forward the bylaw change to the GM, which it will be. Despite that resolution, the name is currently the Womyn's Centre and your revert was correct. I noted this information on the talk page as well. Thanks for catching it :) Jeff 03:33, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Hi Luna, thank you for the welcome. I honestly try to do the right thing, if not, I hope you, or someone else tells me how to do better. --AustralienfanRita 08:15, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

the Violin article

I tried to fix vandalism, but I mistakenly reverted to the current version. 70.20.238.245 11:28, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please vote more clearly so we get the right outcome

Could I ask you to return to the discussion on deletion of multiracial categories and vote using a clearer word, ie delete, as it is touch and go that the right outcome is going to be achieved. The link is at [1] Thank you. Chicheley 22:41, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

English translation of a dutch sentence

Well I need the help with the translation of a sentence from a page I am using as a reference. I can not get any meaningful translation from babelfish and the Dutch wikipedia people don't seem to have the helpme tag. I hope someone here itself could help me then.

I hope you could help me find someone who can translate this sentence: Kelly’s grootste doorbraak maakt ze als deelneemster van Big Brother the Battle (derde editie, 2001). Unitedroad 11:10, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I could do with this help because noone at the Dutch wikipedia that I contacted seems to be responding. Unitedroad 11:19, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mate I would obliged if you can help me with it. Waiting for your reply Unitedroad 11:28, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Translation: Kelly's biggest breakthrough she made as a participant in Big Brother the Battle (third edition, 2001).

Heh heh, DVC, eh?

I'm studying right over the hill at Contra Costa College, nice to know there's more than one Wikipedian from the Contra Costa Community College District ;) FCYTravis 19:58, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
