เรเดียม (Ra) ไอโซโทปมีแต่ไม่เสถียรหรือเกือบจะเสถียร ทำให้มวลอะตอมของเรเดียมไม่มีค่าที่คงตัว ไอโซโทปของแฟรนเซียมพบได้มากที่สุดและมีครึ่งชีวิตที่นานที่สุดคือ 226Ra ด้วยครึ่งชีวิต 1,600 ปี ซึ่งไอโซโทปนี้ได้จากการสลายตัวของ 238U เรเดียมมีไอโซโทปที่รู้จักทั้งหมด 33 อันคือตั้งแต่ 202Ra ถึง 234Ra
