特西婭（Tércia Montenegro Lemos，1976年9月24號—）係巴西作家、詩人及大學教授。1999年喺Universidade Federal do Ceará獲得文學學士學位，2002年獲得文學碩士，2008年語言學博士，都係同一間大學。
