Cis-2,3-dihidrobifenil-2,3-diol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.3.1.56, 2,3-dihidro-2,3-dihidroksibifenilna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cis-3-fenilcikloheksa-3,5-dien-1,2-diol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- cis-3-fenilcikloheksa-3,5-dien-1,2-diol + NAD+ bifenil-2,3-diol + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim katalizuje drugi korak u degradaciji bifenila kod bakterija.
