Hi Olaf,

I have no problem with you using the image – I took the shot in 2007 and must have made it available somewhere – presumably on a forum. The web is a public domain so anything posted on it should be available for purposes of education and interest. I have a full size image on a hard drive somewhere, please remind me later this week if I haven’t sent it to you in the next few days.
