Desosaminil transferaza EryCIII (EC 2.4.1.278, EryCIII) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dTDP-3-dimetilamino-4,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza:3-alfa-mikarosileritronolid B 3-dimetilamino-4,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dTDP-3-dimetilamino-4,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza + 3-alfa-mikarosileritronolide B dTDP + eritromicin D
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi eritromicina.
