Venhue is a fine dining restaurant located in the East Village neighborhood of Alphabet City.[1]
History
[edit]After soft openings in September 2023[2], the restaurant officially opened October 2023.
Menu
[edit]The dining experience features a six-course tasting menu with beverage pairings, theatrical presentations and unconventional plating.[3] Artificial intelligence is used to enhance both menu preparation and the restaurants aesthetics.[4]
Examples of the restaurant's dining experience include using a toy slide to pour sauce onto guests' plates during service à la russe, allowing guests to "graffiti" their plates, and serving fine wines in dollhouse-sized wine glasses.[5]
