Ernest Francisco Fenollosa (18 Februari 1853 – 21 September 1908) adalah seorang [sejarawan seni Amerika seni Jepang, profesor filsafat dan ekonomi politik di Universitas Kekaisaran Tokyo. Seorang pendidik penting selama modernisasi Jepang selama Era Meiji, Fenollosa adalah Orientalis yang antusias dan berbuat banyak untuk melestarikan seni tradisional Jepang.[1]
