This is an image of the national side of an Croatian euro coin. The copyright on the design of the national side belongs to the Croatian National Bank.

"Law on the introduction of euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia" (NN 57/2022), Article 35:

(3) (...) the use of all or part of the design of the national side of the euro coin is permitted without the prior approval of the Croatian National Bank only in the following cases:

• on photographs, drawings, pictures, films and other specimens in two-dimensional form and without relief, provided that such specimen depicts a faithful representation of the design of the national side of the euro coin and is used in a way that does not deform, mutilate or similarly deface the design of the national side of the euro coin.
