Notes The reliquary was created in Kraków in 1370, and possibly depicts the founder - King Casimir III the Great. In 1601 by order of King Sigismund III Vasa the 13th-century Płock Diadem was placed on reliquary (patron saint of the King) by Stanisław Zemelka.
