Summary

Description
English: Artemisia scoparia. Common name: Redstem wormwood. Strongly aromatic and used to flavor fat meat to improve digestibility and stimulate appetite. Medicinal usages: remedies for stomach ailments, rubbed on skin to deter flies, placed among clothes to deter moths. The leaf tea is a tonic and given to children to dispel parasites.
