Gregory Stuart "Greg" Lake (10 November 1947 – 7 December 2016) was an English musician. He was born in Poole, Dorset. He began his career in 1966.

Lake was the founder of the rock band King Crimson.[1] He was later the lead singer in the group Emerson, Lake and Palmer.[1]

Lake died in London on 7 December 2016 from pancreatic cancer, aged 69.[2]
