Gulielmus Williams (natus in Lebano Connecticutae die 28 Aprilis 1731; ibidem mortuus die 2 Augusti 1811), mercator, fuit politicorum peritus Americanus et unus ex Conditoribus Civitatum Foederatarum. Nam Williams, qui inter alia Connecticutae in Conventu Continentali legatus fuit, Declarationem Libertatis subscripsit.
