Historical Social Research/Historische Sozialforschung (HSR) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang ditinjau sejawat yang melingkupi ilmu politik, ilmu sosial, kajian budaya, dan sejarah. Ini adalah jurnal resmi QUANTUM association dan diterbitkan oleh GESIS – Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences. Jurnal ini didirikan pada 1976 sebagai QUANTUM Information dan berganti namanya seperti sekarang pada 1979. Jurnal ini menerbitkan empat kali plus satu suplemen per tahun. Semua kontennya tersedia sebagai akses terbuka setelah 6 bulan.
