Effectibus similes sunt inhibitores enzymi angiotensinum convertentes, qui non angiotensini II receptoria obsident sed enzymum angiotensinum II formantem. Verbis aliis: Inhibitores enzymi angiotensinum convertentis prae angiotensinum II, verum hi inhibitores receptorii angiotensini II post angiotensinum II agunt.
