Margaret Weis

Margaret Weis (March 16, 1948 – ) was an American fantasy and science fiction writer and author of dozens of novels and short stories. She is one of the creators of the Dragonlance game world.

[change | change source]In 1983, Weis signed up for a job as games editor at TSR Inc. She didn't get that job. She was, however, hired as book editor.[1] She worked in the TSR book division until 1986.
Weis was born in Independence, Missouri. She now lives in Wisconsin.
