Muktar Ahmed Mohammed Aruwa (an haife shi a shekara ta 1948 – 9 December 2018) ɗan Najeriya ne.[1] A shekara ta 1999 ne aka zaɓe shi dan majalisar dattawa a matsayin wakilin jam’iyyar APP na jihar Kaduna . Aruwa ya zauna a kwamitocin majalisar dattawa da dama kuma ya nuna adawa da mayar da kasuwancin gwamnati. An sake zaɓen shi a shekarar 2003 a matsayin dan jam’iyyar All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), wanda ya gaji jam’iyyar APP. Ya shiga cece-kuce kan nadin kwamitoci, yana mai ikirarin rashin adalcin shugabancin majalisar dattawa. An cire sunan Aruwa daga jerin jam’iyyar ANPP a zaɓen 2007.

An zabi Muktar Ahmed Mohammed Aruwa Sanata mai wakiltar Kaduna ta tsakiya a jihar Kaduna a Najeriya a farkon jamhuriya ta hudu a Najeriya, inda kuma ya tsaya takara a jam'iyyar All People's Party (APP). Ya fara aiki a ranar 29 ga Mayu 1999.[2]

Akwai gyara da ake yi yanzu”, da kuma cewa Shari’a ta keta haƙƙin ɗan adam. A watan Agustan shekarar 2002, ya matsa kaimi wajen dakatar da mayar da kamfanonin gwamnati har zuwa lokacin da za a yi gyara ga dokar da ta kafa majalisar kula da harkokin kasuwanci ta kasa don daidaita ta da tsarin mulkin shekarar 1999.[3]

An sake zaben Aruwa a dandalin jam'iyyar All Nigeria People's Party (ANPP) na karin wa'adin shekaru hudu a 2003. A watan Mayun 2005, an nada Aruwa a cikin kwamitin wucin gadi na Majalisar Dattawa kan hulda da manema labarai, wanda aka kafa don gabatar da matsayin majalisar ga jama’a idan har Shugaba Olusegun Obasanjo ya dage sai ya sake duba kasafin bayan an sanya hannu a kansa. Tunanin majalisar dattawan dai shi ne cewa hakan zai zama hujjar tsige shugaban kasa. A cikin watan Satumba na 2005, ya ki amincewa da mukamin mataimakin shugaban kwamitin majalisar dattawa kan harkokin mata, yana zargin shugabancin majalisar dattijai da wasa da kazanta siyasa da mukaman kwamitin. A watan Nuwambar shekarar 2005, Shugaban Majalisar Dattawa, Ken Nnamani, ya bayyana cewa, an cire Aruwa daga kwamitin hadin gwiwa na Majalisar Dokoki ta kasa kan sake duba kundin tsarin mulkin shekarata 1999, wanda ke nazarin yiwuwar bai wa Shugaba Obasanjo damar tsayawa takara karo na uku. Aruwa yayi adawa da wannan sauyi.[4][5][6][7]

Aruwa dai ya kasance dan takarar gwamnan jihar Kaduna a jam’iyyar ANPP a shekarar 2007, inda ya lashe zaben fidda gwani, amma jam’iyyar ta maye gurbinsa da Sani Sha’aban a cikin jerin sunayen da hukumar zabe mai zaman kanta ta kasa (INEC) ta mika. Aruwa ya yi sabani a kan halaccin sauya shekar. An bayyana cewa an yi hakan ne saboda an saka sunansa a cikin jerin sunayen ‘yan siyasa da hukumar yaki da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin kasa zagon kasa Nuhu Ribadu ta gurfanar. A watan Mayun 2007, bayan zaben amma kafin sabuwar gwamnati ta fara aikinta, Aruwa ya nemi a duba yadda zaben ya gudana da kuma sakamakon zaben, amma daga baya ya janye kudirin kafin a yi muhawara a kansa a gaban majalisar dattawa. Sai dai majalisar dattawan ta amince da shawararsa ta kafa kwamitin hadin gwiwa domin duba yadda INEC ta gudanar da kudaden da aka ware mata domin gudanar da zaben.

Da yake zantawa da manema labarai a watan Afrilun shekarar 2010, Aruwa ya ce kasancewar tsohon shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari a jam’iyyar ANPP ya yi wa jam’iyyar babbar illa.

Aruwa ya rasu a safiyar ranar 9 ga watan Disamba shekarata 2018. Washegari aka yi jana’izarsa a makabartar Unguwar Sarki da addinin Musulunci. [8] Jana'izar ta samu halartar daruruwan mutane da suka hada da tsohon mataimakin shugaban kasa Namadi Sambo da gwamnan jihar Kaduna Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai . Aruwa ya rasu ya bar matansa da ‘ya’ya takwas, maza biyu da mata shida.[9][10][11][12][13][8][14][15]


Ya rasu ne a ranar 10 ga Disambar, shekara ta 2018, bayan gajeriyar rashin lafiya.[16]
