Mythistoria sentimentalis

E Vicipaedia

Inter notissimas mythistorias sentimentales Anglice compositas sunt Pamela, or Virtue Rewarded Samuelis Richardson (1740), The Vicar of Wakefield Oliverii Goldsmith 1766), Tristram Shandy Laurentii Sterne (1759–1767), A Sentimental Journey Through France and Italy Henrici Brooke (1768) et The Fool of Quality eiusdem scriptoris (1765–1770), The Man of Feeling Henrici Mackenzie (1771), et Castle Rackrent Mariae Edgeworth (1800). Exempla continentalia sunt Julie, ou la nouvelle Héloïse Ioannis Iacobi Rousseau et eius autobiographia Confessions (1764–1770), atque imprimis Die Leiden des jungen Werthers, mythistoria Ioannis Volfgangi Goethii (1774).[2] Exempla Americana sunt The Wide, Wide World Susannae Warner (1850), et mors Parvae Evae in Uncle Tom's Cabin Harriettae Beecher Stowe (1852).[3]
